    Called the head of state office..( Gov.) A Rachel answered. I asked to speak w/anyone in charge of OCCC. Her reply was "what is that". She also stated that she never heard of it in the 1 1/2 years of working there, so connected me to a mechanical machine that solves all the problems of the state...The problem w/the prison (OCCC), IS the one whose been in charge for years. I "taped" her conversation ,and plan to use it as "comedy hour" at our next community meeting...THE governor is right, it's time for a change. ???
