- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have no idea what just happened. I called in and it said my wait time was 45 minuets or I could have a callback in an hour. Fine call back, I was directed to state my full name and press the # key so I did. Suddenly I hear a man on the other end who I can not understand at all! I mean it's Hawaii locals get pretty good at understanding all kinds of accents it's just a part of living here. But I could not understand this guy! All I wanted to ask was if I could pick up a card at the office location rather than having it mailed to me due to it being "lost in the mail" twice! He said yes location is 8:30 am To 3:30 pm you come in, bring picture ID, if you want receipt you can get one and you can get your card in 10 business days. Ok... But will it be mailed to me or can I pick it up from a location? His reply, yes cards are mailed in 10 business days. Ok so yes I can pick it up or no I can't pick it up? I didn't even want to deal with it as he clearly didn't give a crap about what I was asking. So I said ok thanks, he replied is there anything else I can help you with? Ok thank you for calling, bye. I didn't even reply to him and he just hung up? i trust my social security information with these people? Something is wrong here.By Kendra Keahiolalo, December 16, 2016
